Big news from the Torrie's. We can officially lift the head when placed on the stomach and turn it to the other side. I know, I was impressed too. So impressed that like a crazy lady I took about a bazillion pictures of it yesterday. These are simple days to be sure! But very enjoyable. It's amazing how you cheer for your child to accomplish those little milestones and awe at how quickly they change and move from one little step to the next. Each building on the previous one.

I don't think winter will last forever as I was beginning to think about a month ago. The snow is practically non existent anymore and we got to work in the yard and garden today for the first time-sunshine and all!

This is the cutest! It's from H&M and is on loan from Xan's friend Ella who out grew "the bear" this fall. It's the perfect weight for the cool spring days and is soooo cuddly. I think I'll stop heating the house so he can wear it all the time.

You're getting sleepy...

And 1 and 2...

And we're over!

Taking a break to gather his strength

Dial down the crazy just a little. He's still perfecting the smile.

And the piece de resistance: legs and head lifted at the same time..even Oscar is impressed with this one.

Green! Not a smidge of white anywhere...can it be? Summer right around the corner? It's still cold outside compared to April in the South, but I don't even care at this point, it's green! There are even shoots of new growth! Here are my three favorite boys hard at work in the yard.

Xan can NOT stay awake when he's in the Bjorn....I guess I'd get sleepy too being all bundled up and carried around nice and snug.

thanks for posting the pics, hol - even though i'm sure it took you the better part of the week to upload them. :) Xan is SO adorable! I can't believe how big he's getting already. And I'm with you on the weather - I'm actually wearing a three-quarter length shirt today - and I might brave some slipons without socks. dun, dun, dun.

love you!

He is getting so big! Not the Xan I once knew... Well I guess he still is, but how are his first words suppose to be Auntie Sarah if I don't get to see him. Did I mention the apartment next door to me is vacant?? Edna moved out, you guys could move in... Bad Form on saying your three favorite boys.. what about dad and josh?? Oscar made it in above them!

Cutest bear I've ever seen! Holli, you are like every new mom, each milestone is so freaking exciting even if it is turning the head. He couldn't do it yesterday and now he does it today. How many of us learn things that fast in our adult life. Love the pictures, thank you for persevering dial up for our viewing pleasure. PLEASE come back to Lynchburg where it is 75 degrees and sunny today. I'm just sayin!!!!

I do love they are about the same age:) Do I see an arranged marriage in their future? We could be family! Okay, it's late and I'm delirious and getting way ahead of myself. Keep the pictures and stories coming.
