Look Ma, No Hands

Some say when the belly button pops, but since mine did that at about 6 months, I say when your belly doubles as a table top, the babies done. Some just can't seem to get enough of my oh so voluptuous new figure, you know who you are even though you refuse to comment, ahem, SARAH, so here you go...a few very recent preggo pics. Saturday night we had some friends over for a "How many different way can you eat venison" dinner. Hence the picture of Alex with his first ever um, prey?. He promises that there was no Bambi left behind here because this doe was only a yearling, but how can you tell that? I've never had the "opportunity" of eating venison before, and I have to say, it was actually quite tasty, and I didn't feel toooo guilty about the whole thing.

A few minutes before everyone gets to the house for a huge dinner, and what am I doing? Eating! They were nuts, does that count? high in protein, low in carbs? Are pistachios even good for you, they taste too good to be healthy. Notice that the kitchen/dining room reno is nearly complete. Those stools were my big splurge for the room and were so worth it...super comfy and plush to look at. I think they really kick the room up a notch and I was good and waited for them to go on sale (slightly). I say the reno is almost complete because small details like the closet door in the background have yet to be purchased or obviously installed. All in "due" time..ha ha! oh, wow, I think it's getting late, that was a lame one.

From the left

Notice the bulge at the top of the stomach? Well, that's the "bum" as they say in Canada. My stomach is no longer round but more oblong. There's always a slight bulge to the right at the top. It's slightly painful, but really sweet, sometimes I can feel the actual outline of a leg!

Why, Paris? When there are a thousand other places to lay...Don't be fooled by the "Today's Parent" collage going on in the basket. Someone gave me those.

I can't believe your ticker says 28 days!!! That is CRAZY!! I can't wait to find out what you are having. This is so exciting. Thank you for more pictures. Can I say that I love your brown hair, like a lot! The renovations look so classy, the wall color and furniture and the little peak of pillow I see..LOVE!!!! MORE MORE your public demands. Enjoy that baby butt inside your belly before you are cleaning up mustard poos non-stop. So much cheaper inside then when there are diapers involved. You look radiant...simply radiant!

THANK YOU for the pics!!! You look fabulous and VERY PREGNANT. I still cant' believe you're pregnant - can I say that after 9 months?? I think I'll probably say "I can't believe you have a baby" when you have one. I'm so excited for you! Come on, baby T!!

Holli! You look great and I can't believe how I have a bum on the top right of my stomach too! It is totally uncomfortable, but yet so great. Keep the pictures coming. Your house looks great too!

You're such a cute prego! I can't wait for the table-top phase - it's actually very convenient at times. Until you're resting a can of soda and the baby kicks it off onto your laptop. I'm with Kel - enjoy that bum inside the womb, it's much easier to care for! Altho it is so much fun to pinch, esp. once it gets a little meatier ;)
